Black Division
A private military unit with better kit than you
Black Division is a hostile private military faction, not a single boss. Its operatives hold parts of Icebreaker and stage ambushes on Terminal, and they fight like a disciplined squad rather than a crowd of Scavs. In Seasonal mode, Season 1's Black Division modifier puts them on more locations than those two.
Every operative is equipped like an endgame PMC: 7.62x51 rifles with M993, 5.56 rifles with M995 or SSA AP, and SMGs with AP rounds. On Icebreaker they also carry CS gas and flashbangs. On Terminal they come in waves as the raid goes on, at the port, the hangars and the warehouses.
They are tougher than regular PMCs in the body but have less health in the head, which makes accurate shooting the most reliable way to win. Killing them as a Scav carries no karma penalty.

- Aim for the head: their head health is low compared to PMCs, while their body is tougher

- On Terminal, watch the clock: their ambushes trigger at set times, so you can plan around them
