Shadow of Tagilla is the Labyrinth's version of Factory's most feared boss: the same welding mask and the same fury, now waiting in the tunnels beneath the Health Resort. The location is small and full of corners, so you should expect him around any of them.
Up close he swings the Chained Labrys, a two-headed axe, and he would much rather use it than his gun. At range he falls back on a Saiga-12K or an AK-12, so keeping your distance does not make you safe, it only changes how he tries to kill you.
He is much tougher than a regular Tagilla, he ignores tripwires and he is immune to explosive damage, so grenades and trap setups will not soften him up. Killing him is also not the end of the fight: Vengeful Killa appears after he dies.

- Charges in for melee with the Chained Labrys whenever he can close the distance
- Switches to a Saiga-12K or AK-12 when you keep him at range
- Does not set off tripwires and takes no damage from explosions
- His death triggers Vengeful Killa's arrival, so plan for a second fight
How to Win the Fight
- Bring ammo that can get through class 6 armor: his welding mask and plate carrier are both class 6
- With high-penetration rounds, aim for the head; with low penetration or high flesh damage, aim for the stomach, since his armor only covers the thorax
- Hold a position with a long sightline instead of chasing him around corners, where the axe wins
- Heal and reload right after he drops: Vengeful Killa is on his way
