Questions
How does booking a week work?
Checkout collects your Twitch channel. After you pay, we confirm your week with you directly, usually within 24 hours - tell us the week you want and if it’s open, it’s yours. Weeks run Monday to Sunday.
What if the week I want is taken?
One streamer per week, no exceptions - that’s the whole point. If your week is booked, we’ll offer the nearest open one, or refund you in full if nothing works. Booked weeks are gone; there’s no bumping.
What do you need from me?
Just your Twitch channel. Checkout asks for it, that’s the only required field. We pull your avatar and name from Twitch.
Can I book multiple weeks?
Yes - one checkout per week. Back-to-back weeks are fine if they’re open.
What happens when nobody has booked a week?
The space runs a "this space is for sale" ticker until someone books. We occasionally seed a launch week ourselves, but the only way to guarantee your channel up there is booking a week.
