Walkthrough Overview
Special Comms is a Prapor task. There are 3 objectives: stash a Military cable at the boulder next to RUAF gate on Woods, use the transit from Woods to Reserve and stash a Bulbex cable cutter at the sandbags next to LAV III above the storage warehouse on Reserve. Work through the objectives in the order listed above. The in-game tracker shows progress per objective, and Prapor accepts the handoff via your hideout once everything is complete.
