Walkthrough Overview
Viewer is a Prapor task available from player level 12. There are 3 objectives: install a WI-FI Camera at the office corridor on Factory, install a WI-FI Camera on the mountain ledge on Woods and install a WI-FI Camera at the pier tower on Shoreline. Work through the objectives in the order listed above. The in-game tracker shows progress per objective, and Prapor accepts the handoff via your hideout once everything is complete.
