"In the nature reserve, I came across a downed plane - or rather, what's left of it. I couldn't tell why it went down after looking at the wreckage. I should ask around with the traders, maybe someone knows more. I've got a strong feeling this plane is important."

Retrieve the flash drive from the G-Wagon on Shoreline

On the driver-side running board of the G-Wagon next to the Tunnel extraction on Shoreline. Must be found in raid.
Hand the flash drive to Prapor and wait 1 hour
Handed over through the trader screen, then a one hour wait before he has more.
Retrieve the flight recorder from the plane wreckage

Right side of the plane, in the broken section near the back. Must be found in raid.
Stash the flight recorder at Fisher's Island house
Shoreline
Stashed in the destroyed room of the house on the Shoreline island, not handed to a trader.
Hand over 2 Toolsets to Prapor (found in raid)
Found in raid, or craftable at Workbench level 1.
Hand over 3 Rechargeable batteries to Prapor (found in raid)
Found in raid, or craftable at Workbench level 2.
Hand over 5 Printed circuit boards to Prapor (found in raid)
Found in raid, or craftable at Workbench level 1. A 3-5 hour wait follows the handover.
Retrieve the plane crew transcript from Chairman's House

Under the mattress of the overturned bed in the chairman's house on Shoreline.
Retrieve Elektronik's flash drive from Chairman's House
Shoreline
On top of the shelf next to the bed, same house as the transcript.
Hand over the transcript and flash drive to Prapor
Pays 300,000 roubles, rising to 315,000 with Intelligence Center level 1 and 345,000 with level 2. After a 1-3 hour wait Prapor asks whether you read the transcript. Say yes and the same payout lands again; say no and it does not.
