Objectives

0/25 complete
  • Obtain Intelligence Center level 1

Built from the hideout menu. Nothing in this chapter starts until it is up.

  • Talk to Mr. Kerman via Intelligence Center

Mr. Kerman is reached through the laptop screen in the Intelligence Center, not the trader menu.

  • Wait for Mr. Kerman to reach out

A real-time wait of 2 to 6 hours before he makes contact. Nothing you can do to speed it up.

  • Talk to Prapor

Through the trader menu, after Mr. Kerman first makes contact.

  • Talk to Mr. Kerman again

Back to the Intelligence Center laptop to report what Prapor said.

  • Locate the camp of Prapor's people on LighthouseOptional

    Lighthouse

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

The camp sits in the rocky area on the west side of Lighthouse.

  • Find clues about Prapor's people's intentionsOptional

    Lighthouse

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

You are looking for the Note from Prapor's men, and it must be found in raid. Two spawns in the camp: tucked under the lid of the stacked ammo box, or on the log beside the tent with the guitar.

  • Talk to Mr. Kerman about findings

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

Back to the Intelligence Center laptop. Completing this unlocks To the Light - Trust but Verify from Mechanic.

  • Gain access to Lightkeeper

    Lighthouse

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

Lightkeeper is behind a locked door on the third floor of the lighthouse building on the peninsula. The bridge to it is guarded by Zryachiy and lined with Claymores, so you need an encoded Digital secure DSP radio transmitter first. That chain starts with To the Light - Trust but Verify. Harming Zryachiy, his followers, or a Lightkeeper-acquainted PMC while wearing the transmitter decodes it.

  • Talk to Lightkeeper

    Lighthouse

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

Spoken to in person on Lighthouse, not through the trader menu.

  • Stay on good terms with Lightkeeper

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

You have to hold good standing right up until he hands the armored case back.

  • Obtain 3 TerraGroup 'Blue Folders' materials

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

Three of them. They do not need to be found in raid, so the flea market is fair game.

  • Hand in 3 TerraGroup 'Blue Folders' materials to Lightkeeper

    Lighthouse

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

Handed over in person on Lighthouse with all three in your inventory.

  • Launch a yellow signal flare at ULTRA entrance on Interchange

    Interchange

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

Fired into the sky in front of ULTRA's main entrance. Either an RSP-30 reactive signal cartridge (Yellow), or a ZiD SP-81 signal pistol loaded with a 26x75mm flare cartridge (Yellow).

  • Eliminate 15 targets on Interchange in a single raid

    Interchange

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

Fifteen kills on Interchange in a single raid. Transits are allowed, but the kills themselves must happen on Interchange. Extract short and you redo both this and the flare.

  • Talk to Lightkeeper about the mission

    Lighthouse

If you gave Prapor the armored case in Falling Skies

He hands over the armored case, so you need a free special slot before you talk to him or you cannot accept it.

  • Unlock the armored case

Completed as a craft at Workbench level 1, using the recipe the signal jammer unlocks.

  • Ask Mechanic for help opening the caseOptional

Through the trader menu. He is the one who explains how the case opens.

  • Obtain the experimental signal jammer from The LabOptional

    The Lab

Found in raid on The Lab, so it needs a TerraGroup Labs access keycard. Three known spawns: the left-side glass laboratory in the containment block on the middle desks, the recreational area (R21) on the round table in the Cat, and the lecture hall (R16) on a conference room desk.

  • Talk to Mechanic about the signal jammerOptional

He confirms the jammer works and unlocks the case recipe.

  • Unlock the armored caseOptional

Run the Armored case recipe at Workbench level 1.

  • Obtain the 'ticket' from the case

Right-click the unlocked case and choose Unpack. You get Kruglov's RFID keycard in your stash and the RFID card manual in your Handbook.

  • Read the instructions from the armored case

The RFID card manual is read from the Handbook, not your inventory.

  • Contact Mr. Kerman with the ticket information

A point of no return. Accepting his offer to activate the keycard commits you to the Kerman route; declining ends it.

  • Make your final choice: Continue with Kerman OR refuse and pay Prapor 500M roubles

Refusing Kerman sends you to Prapor and costs 300,000,000 roubles if you gave him the case in Falling Skies, or 500,000,000 if you kept it.

Story Choices

This chapter contains important choices that affect your story progression and rewards.

Refuse Mr. Kerman's offer

Consequence: SURVIVOR ending route: pay Prapor 300M roubles (if you gave him the case in Falling Skies) or 500M (if you kept it). Point of no return

Accept Kerman's offer, then agree to find dirt on TerraGroup

Consequence: Opens the evidence route: deliver 8 of 9 major evidence items for SAVIOR, or stop after 2 and refuse to continue for DEBTOR

Accept Kerman's offer, then refuse to find dirt on TerraGroup

Consequence: FALLEN ending route: leave with Prapor instead, paying the Case with dangerous cargo plus 1,000,000 dollars. Point of no return

Falling Skies case decision (made earlier, matters here)

Consequence: Giving Prapor the Armored case in Falling Skies cuts Survivor's price to 300M but adds the Lightkeeper recovery arc (three Blue Folders) to get the case back; keeping it skips that arc and raises Survivor's price to 500M

Leads to: All 4 Tarkov Endings

The choices in this chapter determine which of the 4 story endings you reach. Read each ending's full requirements before locking in your final decision.

The Ticket — Frequently Asked Questions

What are the requirements for The Ticket in Escape from Tarkov?

To start The Ticket you need Intelligence Center level 1 in your hideout, then contact Mr. Kerman through it and wait for him to reach out. The Experimental signal jammer is needed on every route to open the Armored case. The Lightkeeper segment (3 TerraGroup Blue Folders, yellow signal flare, 15 kills on Interchange) only happens if you gave Prapor the case in Falling Skies.

What endings does The Ticket lead to?

All four. Refusing Mr. Kerman leads to Survivor. Accepting his offer and agreeing to find dirt on TerraGroup leads to Savior (deliver 8 major evidence items) or Debtor (stop after 2 and refuse to continue). Accepting his offer but refusing to find dirt leads to Fallen.

How do you get the Savior ending from The Ticket?

Accept Kerman, agree to find dirt on TerraGroup, and deliver 8 of the 9 major evidence items. You also need Intelligence Center 3, Solar Power 1, 40 Physical Bitcoin for Mechanic, Fence reputation 4.0, the Woods and Reserve co-op extracts, BTR Driver standing 0.4, and the Alpha-1 evidence container carried through the Terminal finale.

Do you really need 500 million roubles for The Ticket?

Only on the Survivor route, and only if you kept the Armored case in Falling Skies. If you gave Prapor the case, his price drops to 300 million. The other three endings involve no rouble payment: Savior costs evidence and effort, Debtor costs a Lightkeeper grind, and Fallen costs 1,000,000 dollars plus the dangerous cargo.

What is the Terminal finale?

Every ending funnels into a final scripted raid. Approach the Shoreline Terminal intercom between 21:00 and 06:00 with your ending-specific access item, fight through Black Division squads, breach the gate, restore power, and reach the boat at the pier. Your gear is returned to its pre-Terminal state afterward.

Is The Ticket the last story chapter in Tarkov?

Yes, The Ticket is the final story chapter. Every chapter before it sets up which endings are reachable (and supplies the evidence Savior needs), and your Kerman decisions in The Ticket lock in one of the four endings.
