  The Transport log with notes is on a yellow barrel next to the hole in the floor on Factory.

• Locate Rzhevsky's service vehicle

  Streets

  Near the LexOs car dealership on Streets of Tarkov.

• Obtain the hard drive from Rzhevsky's car

  Streets

  On the centre console of the car.

• Retrieve the data from the hard drive

  Craft the Hard drive printout at Intelligence Center level 1. The hideout needs power for the whole craft or it is interrupted.

• Read the transcript of Rzhevsky's conversation

  Read from the off-raid quest inventory once the printout finishes.

• Locate the TerraGroup storage room on Factory

• Locate A.P.'s room in the Health Resort

  Shoreline

  East wing room 305 at the health resort on Shoreline. The Sliderkey flash drive marked with A.P. is in the laptop on the table, and the TerraGroup corporate apartment key is on the right nightstand. An optional Fragment of an unknown document sits on the left nightstand, and an optional Guard post note telling you which room it is can be found on the west wing ground floor, on the desk by the security room at the southern entrance.

• Decrypt the flash drive from A.P.'s room

  Craft the Decrypted Sliderkey flash drive at Intelligence Center level 1. Power must hold for the whole craft.

• Ask Mechanic for help

  He cannot decrypt it himself, but says Elektronik will for 5,000,000 roubles.

• Hand over 5,000,000 roubles and the flash drive to Mechanic

  Both go through the trader screen together.

• Wait for the news from Elektronik

  A 6 to 12 hour wait, then see Mechanic. If you have already been in contact with Mr. Kerman it is instead a 90 minute wait and Kerman contacts you directly.

• Integrate the files into a keycard for A.P.'s apartment

  Craft the Reprogrammed keycard for A.P.'s apartment lock (Green) at Intelligence Center level 1. The blue and red variants are deliberate false leads and will not open the room.

• Access the hidden room in A.P.'s apartment

  Streets

  Apartment 1 on the second floor of the Cardinal apartment complex on Streets of Tarkov, opened with the TerraGroup corporate apartment key. The hidden room is down the hallway inside, and takes the green keycard.
